Can you add music to my video?

Yes we can. All you have to do is request it. We also have access to a large royalty-free music library. That is also included in each of our plans.

Is there a limit on raw video and finished video length?

Yes, You can upload 45 min of raw footage and the video deliverables can’t be over 15 minutes long except under special circumstances.

Which software do your editors work on?

Our editors work on DaVinci resolve.

Would you be able to follow my current video template?

Your assigned editor will adhere closely to your branding guidelines and strive to enhance your videos beyond their current quality.

When you say you don’t do animation what does that mean?

It means that we do not offer intricate 2D and 3D animations created entirely from scratch. We’re unable to generate original footage for your project. However, we do provide text animations and calls to action.

Can you resize video for other social media channels?

Here’s how it operates: we’ll edit your video in the standard 16:9 format. Upon your approval, we’ll adapt that video to two other social media channels of your preference at no extra charge. For instance, an Instagram feed video in 1:1 format and an Instagram story in 9:16 format. Depending on your preferences, this may require an additional 24 hours for these customized versions.
